Leticia Butler

Leticia ButlerLeticia Butler is a civil litigator who has been practicing in State and Federal Courts throughout California since her admission to the Bar in 2007. Ms. Butler has represented individual and entity clients in a wide array of business sectors and is experienced in all stages of litigation, including jury and bench trials, as well as arbitration. She is a driven attorney who prides herself on zealous advocacy for her clients.

Ms. Butler's early years of practice were devoted to the handling of employment and consumer class action cases. Since 2010, the focus of her practice has been on the defense of business and employment disputes and employment counseling.

Ms. Butler is active in the San Diego legal community and community at large. Highlights of community engagement include service as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster care youth with "Voices for Children" and a four-year elected term on the San Diego County Bar Association's New Lawyer Division Board of Directors, including one year as Chair.
